Bouldering sessions with Topknot Climbing
When:Every Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm. First session begins Tuesday 2nd August
Where: Cairns Esplanade, Boulder Park – road side of the skate park, under the fig tree.
This is now part of the Councils Active Living Program and provided at no charge.

Bouldering, a form of rock climbing at low height, evolved through the focus of climbing technique
A minimal amount of equipment is required. No need for harness or ropes.
Bouldering is not only a fun safe introduction to rock climbing,
Suited to all levels of fitness and climbing experience
Try a different form of exercise.
Get a great workout!
Over the sessions learn and develop climbing skills to solve a range of bouldering problems
Like any form of rock climbing, good for the body, mind and soul.

If you have climbing shoes, great bring them along
Dunlop volleys are a good alternative and of course sneakers are OK.
Water bottle and maybe a towel.
